Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the rm1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any other policies updated from time to time.

Your continued use of the rm1 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

These terms apply to all rm1 platform users without exception, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and users who conduct any financial transactions through our platform.

Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

User Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the rm1 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and rm1 reserves the right to terminate any such account without notice upon detection. You must also be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

Registration Information

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. rm1 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of your account details. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. rm1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As an rm1 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or activity that violates Malaysian law
• Falsifying your identity or personal information during registration or transactions
• Using automated software, bots, or technical methods to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems
• Colluding with other users to unfairly manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party
• Distributing defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform
• Taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of rm1's systems

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and rm1 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

Official Currency

All transactions on the rm1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rm1 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Users are responsible for ensuring that any bank account or e-wallet used is registered under the same name as their rm1 account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits credited to your rm1 account are non-refundable except under specific circumstances determined by us. Withdrawal requests are subject to our verification process, including identity and source-of-funds checks. rm1 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Bonuses & Promotions

Any bonus or promotion offered by rm1 is subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer. Bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate bonus conditions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

Liability Limit, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Rm1 Liability Limit

The rm1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from system outages, technical failures, or betting outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the rm1 platform are the exclusive property of rm1 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from rm1.

Third-Party Links

The rm1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. rm1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing those links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Rm1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, system manipulation, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Balances in accounts suspended due to fraud may be fully forfeited by rm1.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures upon completion of verification.

Changes to These Terms

Rm1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Notification of material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Last updated: June 2026.
